For the second time in as many months Ira Losco has accompanied Italian sensation Gigi D’Alessio on his last Made in Italy Tour, appearing this time in front of a full house in the idyllic Teatro Greco in Taormina on 23 September.

Her performance in Taormina was again impressive and highly applauded by her audience. The invitation to share centre stage with D’Alessio is the result of her excellent and moving duet Un Cuore Malato at the MCK-organised concert at Fort Manoel and the collaboration between Ira Losco’s management, Jagged House, event organisers Renaissance Productions Ltd (RPL) and General Soft Drinks Co Ltd.

The theatre where Ira Losco performed last Sunday has hosted some of the world’s greatest performers, including Alanis Morisette, James Taylor, Andrea Bocelli, and Elton John.

Losco’s work has been heard in many territories. Three of her songs were included in Michelle Hunziker’s album released in Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Germany last year, the popular guitar riff to her Summer single Uh-Oh can be heard on Kelly Clarkson’s Don’t Waste My Time on her album released world wide, and both her smash hits Love me or Hate me and Accident Prone have been released as remixes under Fektiv Records and can be heard on European dance floors and compilations.

Losco’s popularity keeps increasing with her website hit counter recording over 300,000 hits in just 28 months.
