Two groups of irregular migrants yesterday made their way to Malta, the police said yesterday.
The first group arrived yesterday morning at Ghar Lapsi, and was made up of 27 migrants, all men.
At about 6pm, another group of 28 migrants – all of them men – arrived at Wied iz-Zurrieq.
District, mobile squad and immigration police were on site to investigate.
