Three Treated for smoke inhalation

Three persons were taken to St Luke’s Hospital yesterday morning and treated for smoke inhalation after a fire in a building.
The blaze in Is-Sur Fonz Street, St Julian’s was reported to the police at about 8.30am when smoke was noticed issuing from a private residence. Civil Protection Department staff put out the fire, which had started in the kitchen.
