A former Member of Parliament and current chairman of the Water Services Corporation has initiated libel proceedings against Malta Today columnist Claire Bonello over allegations in an article she penned.
Architect Michael Falzon sued Dr Bonello for libel claiming that what she wrote was libellous and intended to tarnish his reputation.
Dr William Cuschieri signed the writ.
