I refer to a report entitled “AD is even closer to its own TV Station” (TMIS, 30 September) where reference was made to Capital Radio.

For the sake of clarity, the management of the station would like to state that Capital Radio is an independent and commercial station, and does not have any connections whatsoever with political parties.

Capital Radio has been the property of Capital Communications Ltd, a subsidiary company of Mediacoop Ltd, since August 2005.
