The Bank of Valletta First Division gets under way this evening at the Centenary Stadium with the opening two matches.

In the opener at 6pm, Mellieha will be facing Marsa, while in the second match, at 8pm, Mosta take on Dingli Swallows.

The competition continues tomorrow with another two matches, also at the Centenary Stadium. At 6pm, Tarxien meet Senglea Athletic, while at 8pm St George’s take on St Patrick.

Also today, at the Luxol Ground, two Women’s league matches are being played.

At 6.30pm, Mgarr United face St Venera Yellow Blues while at 8.30pm, Hibernians meet Pembroke Athleta.

Tomorrow, again at the Luxol Ground, Melita face Birkirkara at 6pm while in the second match, at 8.30pm, Mosta play against Sliema Raiders.
