Michael Mifsud, the popular Maltese international football player, has joined a string of local and foreign personalities who have left their mark in Celebrity Street at Bay Street.

A crowd of fans gathered at the Complex to greet this popular footballer who shot to international fame when he led his team Coventry City in an historic 0-2 victory over giants Manchester United at Old Trafford. He was welcomed to the complex by Martin Sapiano, Bay Street's Marketing & Events Manager.

Michael was overwhelmed by the reception given to him by the crowd of supporters and following the hand-print ceremony chatted, joked, signed autographs and even played around with a football, showing off his ball-handling skills.
