AmCham Malta Executive Committee said that due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of William Ruffa, the latter regretfully had to postpone his trip to Malta to deliver a presentation today “Listings on the Stock Exchange for Small Companies”. The presentation was scheduled to take place in the context of a series of seminars being organised by AmCham Malta entitled “Alternative sources of Funding: A US Perspective”. The new date for this seminar will be announced at a later date.

The next scheduled seminar is “The role of Market Makers in a Stock Exchange”. John O’Shea, Chairman of Westminster Securities, will be the next guest speaker. The presentation will be held on 7 November. The venue will be in the Conference Hall of the Malta Stock Exchange.
