Joint Declaration

Malta Independent Wednesday, 24 October 2007, 00:00 Last update: about 14 years ago

26th Frame Limited and Clare Agius Media Productions Limited yesterday declared that 26th Frame Limited clearly and unequivocally acknowledges the fact that neither Clare Agius Media Productions Limited nor any of its members, employees or appointees are in breach of any of the provisions of the Copyright Act or of any other law in regard to the advert which has appeared on local television (which advert has previously been the subject of a judicial protest filed by 26th Frame Limited) accompanied by the musical score Closing Score of the programme Pupi.

26th Frame has been shown clear evidence by Clare Agius Media Productions Limited which demonstrates that the breach of copyright was not imputable to Clare Agius Media Productions Limited.
