GO Mobile has just announced a significant upgrading of its wireless broadband internet services. The HSDPA/3.5G service offered by GO Mobile, the only operator to offer this technology nationwide in Malta and Gozo, will in fact now reach download speeds of up to 3.6 Mbps, that is double the previous bandwidth speeds.

Our network architecture and software capability have recently been upgraded to support this faster bandwidth and thanks to our mobile device suppliers, who also are in line with the industry, we are now in a position to bring these faster wireless data speeds to our customers. The new Teltonika USB devices which are 7.2Mbps ready, for the future evolution of this technology, are now available from GO Mobile.
