Alcoholics Anonymous – Malta and Gozo is holding an international convention between Friday and Sunday at the Coastline Hotel in Salina Bay.

Well over 120 recovering alcoholics from 14 countries, many accompanied by their family, most of whom are in Al-Anon, a fellowship of family and friends of alcoholics, will be converging on Malta to share their experience, strength and hope with their fellow members here in Malta and Gozo.

Al-Anon have been invited to participate.

AA is a fellowship of men and women who have a desire to stop drinking and who share their experience, strength and hope with one another in an effort to help themselves to stay sober and help others to recover from alcoholism; AA is represented by more than 105,000 groups with about two million members in 180 countries.
