In a few weeks’ time we will be going to the polls to elect our government for the next five years.
It cannot be too soon for many of us as we are getting sick and tired of the electoral campaign and listening to what our politicians have to say.
The party in government is continually singing their praises and although we admit that they delivered a generous budget we are still going to be hit hard by the electricity surcharge.
The party in opposition is very confusing when they say that ideas from their vision were pinched to draft this year’s budget and then continue to say that it still was not a good budget. Does this mean that their vision is also not good?
The new party speaks out in the most disgraceful manner, which is a pity as it can give its contribution when criticising in a more orderly fashion.
The green party stays on the sidelines or else takes the role of a party in opposition.
Roll on election day when all these charades will be over.
