The Sports and Arts department at the Headquarters of the European Union in Luxembourg has recently invited Ray Cutajar Sensei to conduct a four-day seminar in Yoshinkan Aikido.

The EU complex is introducing Yoshinkan Aikido to its staff through one of Ray’s top students, Ramon Corrado.

In the 1970’s Ray Sensei was the first Academic Judo Black Belt to graduate from the Academia Nazzjonale Italiana Judo and in the 1980’s he held the title of Judo champion for several years running.

Ray Cutajar, who is the founder and head instructor of Yoshinkan Aikido in Malta, states that martial arts has formulated his life path, and through Yoshinkan Aikido, which is known as the ‘Art of Peace’, he truly feels accomplished at peace within himself.

The Yoshinkan Aikido Academy, which forms part of the Malta Judo Federation and Associated Arts and the International Yoshinkan Aikido Federation of Japan, has its Sei Shin Kan Dojo in St Martin’s College, Swatar.
