Bank of Valletta announced that it has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Financial Innovation Awards 2007 organised by the Institute of Financial Services (UK).

The bank said its Brand Promise Programme has been shortlisted in the “Most Innovative Customer Service Programme” category at this year’s Awards Ceremony to be held on 21 November at the New Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden, London.

Now in its 10th year, the Financial Innovation Awards have attracted extremely high quality nominations from across the spectrum of organisations providing today’s financial services.

The non-commercial awards are an established feature on the finance industry’s calendar, and are regarded as the awards to compete for.

The other finalists for the financial innovation award in the most innovative customer service programme category are the Royal Bank of Scotland International, Nationwide Building Society and the Key Trust Company.
