My family spent holidays in Malta last summer. During that period they contacted Media Link because they wanted to buy the St Domenic Fest DVD. Ms Grace from Media Link told them that she would be able to send it to Portugal and gave them the instructions and the price of the DVD.

When they returned, they asked me to contact Media Link in Malta and proceed with the payment.

I’ve sent several e-mails asking how I could transfer the money. In the beginning, Ms Grace answered and told me to go to her office (in Malta) to get the DVD. I told her that I’m in Portugal and to send it by mail.

Anyway, I didn’t get any more e-mails or any kind of information about it, they simple ignored me.
