Malta was trailing 3-17 at halftime, with Malta’s points coming from three penalty kicks taken by Rohan Spiteri, and two by Ryan Borg.

Malta lie bottom in the six-nation group with seven points.

Malta will be back in action next Saturday at The Hibs ground against Latvia who have ten points in the standings.
