Aimed particularly at executives and managers who would like to introduce or enhance total quality management in their work environment, this workshop-style programme is a highly participative one, utilising a methodology comprising trainer input, case studies, team exercises and questionnaires.

The programme will be delivered by Steve Bispham, a qualified ISO 9001 auditor and a well-known specialist in quality management in the UK. Mr Bispham chaired the sponsor group for the British Quality Foundation and has served on committees developing standards for the British Standards Institution. He has developed and implemented successful TQM programmes in both major as well as small organisations.
