It is news to me that, if on the one hand we do set up a monument – which is to be landmark for our locality, we cannot embellish and try to restore the rest of Marsascala to its pristine glory on the other.
Are we to gather that the famous Geneva lake fountain is constraining the Swiss City`s mayor from embellishing the city?
