It was a great attack on men and men alone (Video nasties, TMID, 6 November). Does Daphne Caruana Galizia know that there are many sexually warped women as well? Myra Hindley was one of them and very recently in the UK a female tennis instructor was jailed for seducing and having sex with a 13-year-old girl who was her pupil. This after being repeatedly warned by her bosses about her behaviour.

These things have been happening since time immemorial and even in Victorian times the poor errand boy used to be molested on the servants’ kitchen table by the female house servants.

Let’s have a balanced article, if we must have one. Most men are normal and abhor the kind of behaviour that you mention in your article. Please do not tar everyone with the same brush. Men who are child molesters have a really rough time by other inmates when imprisoned.
