Ivan De Battista, who in the last few years has established himself as an actor and composer, is also an author and poet. His latest work, published together with Klabb Kotba Maltin, is called Il-Fanal tas-Sinjur and is aimed at the adolescent market. The book was launched last weekend at the Agenda bookshop, at the Valletta Waterfront, complete with competitions for youngsters.

With illustrations by Victor Falzon, this tale of adventure is sure to appeal to that age group which doesn’t often find books in Maltese to suit their taste.
