The National Orchestra, conducted by Michael Laus, will be performing a highly attractive programme of popular classics at the Mediterranean Conference Centre on Thursday and Friday at 7.30pm. The programme will consist of Bernstein’s Overture to Candide, Brahms’s Hungarian Dances, Milhaud’s Le Boeuf sur le Toit, Gershwin’s An American in Paris and Ravel’s Bolero.

The performances mark the foundation day of the University of Malta.

Tickets at Lm5 may be obtained from the KSU office between 8.30am and noon, and the booking office at the Mediterranean Conference Centre between 5 and 7pm. The ticket price includes a reception to be held after each concert.
