Reading the Maltese papers, I wonder if we’re all living in the same country. I happened to be one that likes reading all the weekly papers, but reading the Kulhadd and l-orizzont makes me really sad as all that comes out of these papers is negativity. On the other hand reading In-Nazzjon, one would think that we’re living in heaven.

Last Sunday the Mument published an article where it stated that Malta has the lowest inflation rate in Europe. Dr Gonzi also stated that inflation rate in Malta went up by 50 cents.

Well this week I did some shopping and every item that I bought, went up. Dr Gonzi also said that there’s a price freeze till March 2008. I can only say, that is untrue as everywhere you look, you see prices going up.
