A 38-year old man yesterday pleaded not guilty of trying to break into the warehouse of Roger Satariano and Sons Co. Ltd, on Wednesday at around 11.30am.
Joseph Vella, from Pietà, also pleaded not guilty to relapsing, before Magistrate Antonio Mizzi.. He was granted bail on a personal guarantee of Lm5,000.
Police Inspector Joseph Mercieca prosecuted while Dr Joseph Giglio appeared for the accused.
