The Tumas Group refers to the advert appearing in the national press announcing the market launch of "Residence Thirty One" at Portomaso.

The project was launched on Wednesday and sales were stopped on Friday afternoon as the projected sales targets had been exceeded by far.

A spokesman for the Tumas Group said that although they were aware of the demand for this long awaited phase, sales by far exceeded expectations. Residence Thirty One is largely made up of innovative designer duplexes. The board will be deliberating the matter in the coming days and another press announcement will be issued.
