The new Apostolic Nuncio, Mgr Tommaso Caputo, will be introduced to the public by the Archbishop, Mgr Pawl Cremona, OP, at a concelebrated Mass at St John’s Co-Cathedral on 7 December at 6pm.
Naples-born Mgr Caputo is 57 years old and was ordained in 1974. He was head of protocol in the Secretariat of State from 1993 and was ordained Bishop by Pope Benedict XVI last September.
Mgr Caputo speaks Spanish, English and French.
