This year the Home Exhibition is at the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre Ta’ Qali, and will continue till Sunday.

The exhibitors are 80 of Malta’s most renowned names in this area of business and include home furniture, apertures and doors, soft furnishings, light fittings, bathrooms, kitchens, kitchen utensils, white goods, carpets and leather carpets, plants and oriental ornaments. This year the Home Exhibition will be the first specialised exhibition featuring international participation, in fact one of the exhibitors is not a local importer, but an Italian Company which is not based in Malta. Those who visit the exhibition can win fabulous prizes provided by various well renowned brands. These include, a lamp, a carpet and a framed picture provided by the Italian Company Gruppo Inventa, a sofa bed from Roxy home furnishings, a burglar alarm supplied by Alberta Fire and Security, a door from George Cassar Woodworks, a set of pots and pans from World Marketing, a Microwave Oven from ITC, a coffee table from Shopwell, a bathroom mirror from Rea Ceramics and a framed picture from Arcwood Marquetary Shop. A play area has been set up by Toyland. Children will be allowed to play only if supervised by their parents or guardians.

Today the exhibition is open from 5pm to 10pm, tomorrow from 10am to 12.30pm and 3pm to 9pm.
