Money raised in the Familji fil-Bzonn (Families in Need) campaign has been distributed by Archbishop Mgr Paul Cremona, OP, among the central office of the Church’s homes for children, the Emigrants’ Commission’s refugees section, and the Dar tal-Kleru.

The campaign was run by Radju RTK at Christmastime last year.

Mgr Victor Zammit McKeon received Lm16,446 on behalf of the children’s homes, Fr Alfred Vella received Lm6,325 for the Refugees’ Section, and Lm2,530 were handed to Mgr Norrie Bonavia on behalf of the Dar tal-Kleru.

Mgr Cremona thanked Radju RTK and all those who had helped in running the campaign, and those who had contributed, serving, as the Archbishop put it, as mediators so that God would help people who needed it.
