In a concerted effort to offer its customers excellent service, HSBC Malta is making the euro changeover as smooth as possible for its clients, with a number of initiatives. Euro Champions have been appointed in all the branches of the Bank’s network, to act as a point of reference for customers having euro-related queries.

The Bank has also uploaded information related to the euro on its website, accessed at www.hsbc.com.mt/euroinfo. This contains useful information on the introduction of the euro, the latest news on the subject, and links to available euro products.

An aide memoire containing short notes on the euro changeover and a list of frequently asked questions with simple answers can also be found on the Bank’s Euroinfo Page.
