Phil Hilborne, the UK’s top session guitar player, performer and educator is to give a weekend guitar master class at the Euro Institute of Music in Hamrun.

Mr Hilborne has toured and recorded with some of the top artistes in the music business. Among them are Frank Gambale, Steve Morse, Zakk Wylde (of Ozzy Ozbourne fame), Paul Gilbert, Ritchie Kotzen, Queen’s Brian May and Keith Emmerson.

Euro Institute director Mark Galea said “Mr Hilbourne is one of the best guitarist session players around. His playing has enthralled and entranced hundreds of thousands of concert-goers around the world.”

Mr Hilborne’s classes will be held on 14 and 15 December and will cater for two sections: intermediate and advanced.
