Over 2,000 Optical diskettes confiscated

The Economic Crimes Unit yesterday confiscated 2,123 optical diskettes following inspections at a private residence in Pembroke and another at the St James open market. The diskettes are believed to have been pirated and intended for sale.
A number of people have been detained and are helping the police with their investigations.
