A workman escaped with slight injuries when a roof he was working on caved in yesterday.
The incident happened in Qormi Road, Attard yesterday afternoon.
The police said restoration work was in progress on an old house when for some reason the roof caved in.
The man, 48, from San Gwann, who was working on it, was only slightly injured but was taken to hospital for treatment.
