The Gozo Cultural Council, Ministry for Gozo will be organising a concert of festive and musical arrangements entitled Festive Winds by The Victoria Clarinet Quartet today.

The Victoria Clarinet Quartet was established in January 2004 and the four founding members are Mario Galea (first Clarinet), Marvin Grech (second Clarinet), Joseph Debrincat (third Clarinet), and George Larry Zammit (bass /fourth Clarinet).

During the evening the ensemble will perform music by Pokofiev, Franz von Suppe, Strauss, Tchaikovsky and Pierpont among others.

The general public is invited to attend and those present will be provided with a highly entertaining evening.

The event will take place at St James Church, Independence Square, Victoria, Gozo and will commence at 7.30pm. Entrance is free. The number of places is limited and seats will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis.
