President of Malta and Mrs Fenech Adami at The Palace

The President of Malta and Mrs Fenech Adami will be at The Palace, Valletta to exchange New Year’s greetings with members of the general public on Tuesday between 10.30 and 11.45am. Members of the public may call at The Palace to sign the President’s Visitors’ Book from Wednesday to Friday, 12 January, between 8.30am and 4pm.

The Prime Minister and Mrs Kate Gonzi at Castille

Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi and Mrs Kate Gonzi, will receive members of the public at the Auberge de Castille to exchange New Year’s greetings. Members of the public who would like to meet the Prime Minister and Mrs Gonzi on New Year’s Day can do so at the Auberge de Castille between 10am and noon, on Tuesday. While at the Auberge de Castille, visitors will be able to visit the Cabinet Room and the Office of the Prime Minister, which will be open to the public for the occasion. The Auberge de Castille will also be open between 6 and 8pm on New Year’s Day for callers who wish to sign the Prime Minister’s Visitors’ Book.

Festive season’s greetings to bishops

On the occasion of the Celebration of Christmas and the New Year, Archbishop Mgr Paul Cremona, Bishop Mgr Annetto Depasquale and Archbishop Emeritus Mgr Joseph Mercieca will be receiving those members of the public who wish to visit them to exchange season’s greetings, today at the Archbishop’s Palace, Valletta, from 9 to 11.30am.

The Prime Minister’s visitors’ book in Gozo

For the convenience of the public in Gozo, the Prime Minister’s Visitors’ Book, on the occasion of New Year’s Day, will be available at the Ministry for Gozo as follows: Monday, 31 December – from 8.30am to 12.30pm. Tuesday, 1 January – from 8.30am to 12.30pm
