A 17-year-old youth from Pembroke was charged with selling 660 pirate DVDs and breaching copyright laws.
The youth, whose name cannot be published because he is still a minor, was charged, before magistrate Anthony Vella, with falsifying and selling 660 false DVDs on Saturday 16 December in Valletta.
Police inspector Ian J. Abdilla prosecuted while Dr Roberto Montalto appeared for the accused.
