Resources and Infrastucture Minister Ninu Zammit yesterday saw for himself embellishment works being carried out at Fgura parish church parvis, in a link with other works being carried out throughout the country and which include new lighting, paving and pavement works.

Granite slabs are being laid at Fgura, together with granite steps, in all covering well over 325 square metres, on a design that complements the church’s architecture. The work will be completed sometime during the coming three months, costing about e69,881.20 (Lm30,000).

Similar plans are in the works for Qormi, Siggiewi, Sta Venera, Sta Lucija and Mosta.
