Local artist Mauro yesterday released his brand new single entitled Glamorous at Reflections Irish Pub, Mellieha. The song, written and composed by Clinton Paul, can be described as fun, catchy, and like the title itself - glamorous. Mauro is only 20 years old and his career is already successful.

Mauro made a name for himself last year when he won the “Opportunity 2 Challenge” with the song Unite written by Giovann Attard and composed by Augusto Cardinali. This gave him the chance to participate in the Malta Song for Europe 2007.

He also took part in the Kanzunetta Indipendenza 2005 contest with the song Destin (destiny) written and composed by Augusto Cardinali he placed 9th with the jury and 2nd with the televoting. Last year he took part in the same festival, singing a duet with Diane Castillo with the song Illum, placing 5th with the televoting system.
