The annual Cage and Aviary Birds Exhibition organised by the Bird Breeders Association, which this year marks its 25th anniversary, is being held in the Powerhouse Hall at the Valletta Waterfront.

Ninety-eight breeders are exhibiting over 1,327 birds in five different classes.

These include the coloured canaries, judged by Stephen Ciappara; type canaries, judged by Dutch Case Maandag; the parrot-like section judged by John Mifsud; and the foreign and the European finches judged by the Italian Peron Guerini.

The exhibition is open today between 8am and 6pm.
