Ben Sington has been appointed managing director of The Langham, Melbourne. Originally from London, Mr Sington previously spent 24 years working with Forte and Le Meridien Hotels (acquired by Starwood Hotels in 2005).
His most recent position was a 10-year tenure in Malta leading the management of two luxury properties including Le Meridien Phoenicia (1997 – 2007) and its sister property Le Meridien St. Julian’s, which opened in 2006.
