Billy Corito will box at the end of February for the I P A international championship following which he will turn professional.

With a licence issued by the Malta Boxing Board, his next fight could be in Italy or England.

The show in February will see a Malta team take on some English boxers once again with seven bouts on the card.

Maybe Scott Dixon will be defending his I P A belt as well. Also in action will be Steve Aquilina who has challenged Ludvic Muscat for the super middleweight title I P A belt but that still has to be confirmed. If Muscat accepts to fight, then it will be definitely on the programme.

The Malta Boxing Board are looking for people to train to become referees and judges.

All boxers must undergo medical examinations before a contest.
