Birkirkara FC midfielder Shaun Bajada has been selected as the BOV Player of the month for November and December 2007. He was presented with the winner’s trophy by John Galea, Manager of Bank of Valletta’s Birkirkara Branch.

The Stripes player has often been in the limelight this season, and his industry as a left-side midfielder often helps his team produce positive results, as was particularly evident in the last few weeks of the year.

In several matches he provided his team-mates with excellent assistance and helped them score a number of goals for the team. His primary role as an assist however, has not stopped him from netting his own goals, as his three so far this season demonstrate.

Bank of Valletta is continuing to give a social dimension to the BOV Player of the Month competition. Every month, BOV makes a contribution to a charitable institution chosen by the winning player. This month, Shaun Bajada chose Fondazzjoni Arka in Gozo to benefit from the donation.
