Carmela Buhagiar from Victoria, Gozo recently lodged a court protest against Fondazzjoni Patrimonju Malti regarding the recent publication of Nostalgias of Gozo.
She claimed the book contains a number of photos that belong to her, as well as a number of photos of her private life and private information about her and her family, in breach of her right to privacy.
Dr Alfred Grech signed the petition.
