The Malta Council for Culture and the Arts said that training courses in instrument-making will be held at the Insitut Technologique des Metiers de la Musique, at Le Mans, France, which offers full-time one-year courses in the repair, maintenance and tuning of pianos, wind instruments and guitars. Diplomas are issued by the French Education Ministry.

Applications should reach the Institute at Le Mans, France by not later than May.
