Tony Drago was yesterday involved in the first round match of the China Open.

Tony Drago beat Jimmy Robertson, ranked No 80, 5-3 in the best out of nine frame match.

The Maltese professional player will be back in action tomorrow when he plays against Paul Davies in the second round match.

The qualifying matches of four rounds will come to an end on Friday 25 January. If Drago beats Davies this afternoon, he will face James Wattana in the third qualifying round.
