Tony Drago was yesterday eliminated from the 2008 World Snooker China Open when he lost his second match against Paul Davies 5-3 in the second qualifying round of this prestigious tournament.
Drago went 3-1 down after the first session and Davies went on to clinch two more frames after the restart in a best out of nine frame game.
In the first round, Tony Drago had beaten Jimmy Robertson 5-3 on Tuesday.
Another surprise elimination yesterday was that of Jimmy White, who was beaten by Leo Fernandez
5-0.
The qualifying matches of four rounds come to an end tomorrow.
