Six singers – four women and two men – and eight songs will be competing in tonight’s Song for Europe contest to be held at the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre in Ta’ Qali.
This is because two of the singers – Morena and Claudia Faniello – have qualified from last Thursday’s semi-final stage with two interpretations, giving them a bizarre double chance to emerge victorious from tonight’s event.
Morena will be presenting Casanova and Vodka, while Faniello will be singing Sunrise and Caravaggio.
The other four finalists are Klinsmann with Go, Petra Zammit with Street Car of Desire, Eleonor Cassar with Give me a chance and Rosman Pace with Love is just the way.
Tonight’s show will be presented by John Demanuele, Ruth Sammut Casingena and Chiara.
