The reign of King Carnival started yesterday with the first evening of displays in Valletta. This year Carnival has seen the return of satire, with papier-mache representations of TV presenters Eileen Montesin (picture), Peppi Azzopardi, Alfred Zammit and Hector Bruno joining King Carnival on the main float.
