Finance Parliamentary Secretary Tonio Fenech yesterday sued Kullhadd editor Felix Agius for libel, over an article claiming that the Good Causes Fund had passed €20,000 to a third person.
He said it was not true that the money was passed to a third person, for him to advertise a commercial activity, and to promote the activity organised by a football club in Mr Fenech’s district.
