Resources and Infrastructure Minister Ninu Zammit yesterday paid tribute to the employees in his ministry for the work they were doing in restoring structures around the country which resulted in embellishing town and village centres.

He was speaking when viewing works being carried out at the parvis of San Gorg parish in Qormi, which aims to upgrade the parvis and structures related to it, and the church’s tiles.

The church has architectural value and the work being done is based on a new design of light grey granite tiles. Some 650 square metres of paving will be laid.
