Complaints About Senior Principals exam

Malta Independent Sunday, 17 February 2008, 00:00 Last update: about 14 years ago

Some of the people who sat for the Senior Principals examination held earlier last week have called this paper to complain about various aspects of the exam.

They complained that they were provided with no fewer than 48 pages of English text that they then had to turn into a draft report of around 600 words in Maltese on data protection in just three hours.

To make matters worse, some of those sitting for the exam came from the Data Protection Department itself.

The previous day, at the English exam, they had to assimilate around 60 pages of text on health and safety legislation to write a draft report to the minister outlining policy decisions to be taken – and all in just three hours.
