Once there was the mighty Roman Empire that believed in its invincibility and thought it would destroy the Christian “threat” by force and terror and ridicule in the arena.

Guess what? The more the emperors abused the Christians, the stronger they got until eventually Christianity conquered Rome!

How? Well, by attracting sympathy for their victims, of course, and causing many Romans to become ‘de-Romanized’....

My point, that farce at the university campus may have looked ‘cool’ to the ‘emperor’ there, but then again so did the slaughtering of Christians to Nero.

One should not bite the hand that feeds him, especially when that hand is his own!
